[Angabe erforderlich]

Email: [Angabe erforderlich]

Phone: [Angabe erforderlich]

2. General information on data processing

This website is currently under construction. It consists of a single information page and an optional form that lets you be notified when the website launches. No personal data beyond this is collected.

As a rule, we process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functioning website and our content. Processing regularly takes place only with your consent or where processing is permitted by a legal provision.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on servers located within the European Union. The hosting provider processes, on our behalf, the data technically required to deliver the website. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the secure and reliable provision of this website. No transfer to third countries outside the EU/EEA takes place.

4. Server log files

Each time this website is accessed, the system automatically collects data and information from the requesting computer system: the page requested, the date and time of access, the volume of data transferred, the HTTP status code, the browser and operating system used, and the IP address in truncated form.

This data is technically necessary to deliver the website, ensure system security and detect faults. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted after no more than 14 days and is not merged with other data sources.

5. SSL/TLS encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the browser address bar changing from “http://” to “https://”. When encryption is active, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

6. Launch notification

If you use the form on the home page, we process the email address you provide together with the time of submission, the language you selected, and a truncated, non-reversible hash of your IP address. The hash serves solely as proof of consent and as protection against automated bulk submissions.

The sole purpose of this processing is to send you one single notification once the website is published, plus an immediate confirmation of your sign-up. No further promotional contact takes place. Your data is not shared with third parties.

The legal basis is your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR in conjunction with § 7 (2) no. 3 of the German Act Against Unfair Competition (UWG). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future – informally by email to [Angabe erforderlich] or via the unsubscribe note in every email we send. The lawfulness of processing carried out prior to withdrawal remains unaffected.

Your email address will be deleted once the launch notification has been sent, and in any case upon your withdrawal or if the project is not pursued further.

7. Email delivery

Notification and confirmation emails are sent via a mail server operated by us within the European Union. No external newsletter service provider is involved and your data is not transferred to third countries.

The emails contain no tracking pixels, no open-rate tracking and no conversion measurement.

This website uses technically necessary cookies. These include storing your privacy settings and your language choice. Such cookies are required to operate the website; the legal basis is § 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Non-essential cookies and comparable technologies are used exclusively with your prior consent pursuant to § 25 (1) TDDDG and Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. Your decision is stored in a cookie with a lifetime of twelve months and can be changed or withdrawn at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the website footer.

9. Web analytics

If you have consented to the “Statistics” category, we use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies that enable an analysis of how this website is used. The IP address is truncated before storage.

The legal basis is exclusively your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR and § 25 (1) TDDDG. Without your consent, no script is loaded and no cookie is set. You may withdraw your consent at any time via the cookie settings in the footer.

A transfer of personal data to the USA cannot be entirely excluded. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the transfer is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision of 10 July 2023 and, additionally, on standard contractual clauses pursuant to Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR.

Note: while this website is under construction, web analytics is disabled. No analytics cookies are set and no data is transmitted to Google.

10. Your rights as a data subject

You have the following rights in relation to us:

  • Access to the data stored about you and how it is processed (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Erasure of the data we hold about you (Art. 17 GDPR)

  • Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Objection to processing (Art. 21 GDPR)
  • Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Art. 7 (3) GDPR)

An informal message to [Angabe erforderlich] is sufficient to exercise your rights.

11. Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right under Art. 77 GDPR to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data infringes the GDPR.

Competent supervisory authority: [Angabe erforderlich]

12. Changes to this privacy policy

We will adapt this privacy policy as soon as changes to the website or to the legal situation make it necessary. This policy will be comprehensively revised when the full website is published. The version current at the time of your visit applies.
